Apollo Quay

During your stay - tenants are required to abide by all the rules and regulations of the
Apollo Quay complex. These rules are on display around the complex and a copy is
posted on the pin up board in the apartment.

l We ask you show respect for other residents, the property and it’s contents.
l At no time should there be more than 6 people residing in the apartment.
l Any unruly, dangerous, destructive or illegal behaviour will result in immediate
expulsion from the premises without refund.

At the end of your stay we have cleaners organised to do a final clean which includes
bathrooms and floors. In preparation for this, and in the interest of hygiene, guests are
required to attend to the following before departing:

l All bins must be emptied and refuse removed from the apartment and disposed of in
the bins supplied or the “Bin Area” (refer to map of complex). Please use bin bags for
rubbish and secure well.
l All food stuffs are to be removed from the fridge and freezer and the fridge wiped out
and left clean.
l All surfaces are to be wiped clean of food and grease.
l All dishes are to be washed and put away.
l All items and furniture belonging to the property must be replaced in their original
position for inventory purposes.
l Sheets and pillow slips must be removed from beds and with the towels, piled in the
laundry area.
l The property must be left in neat and tidy state.
l All lights and electrical appliances must be switched off.
l Pull all blinds.
l Lock all windows and doors with dead lock keys.

If you wish to have the cleaners take care of any of these matters, please telephone the
landlord well ahead of your departure. An extra charge of $100 will be debited to your
credit card account.

*If a bond has been paid and any of the terms and conditions have not been met by the
tenant which results in extra cleaning or attention the bond will be forfeited in part or in
full at the landlord’s discretion.

Note: The landlord takes no responsibility for personal injury and any subsequent
losses - or lost, stolen or damaged property belonging to tenants or guests.

Please note: This is strictly a non- smoking resort. The apartment and all public
areas including courtyards and balconies are now smoke free.
