Rates from 1st July 2009:
(Strictly a maximum of 6 people)

Peak time - $210.00 a night
(2 night minimum stay)

Christmas Holidays* - 22nd Dec. 2008 - 28th Jan. 2009
(* 7 night minimum on the Christmas/New Year week)

April Holidays* - 10th April 2009 - 27th April 2009
(* 4 night minimum on the Easter Break)

Off Peak - $180.00 a night
(2 night minimum stay)

These rates are not negotiable.

To check availability and make a booking ... please ring or email Bev or Greg.
Booking and Terms and Conditions forms will be sent to you and must be completed,
signed and returned to us with a your deposit equal to 1 nights accommodation. If this
is not received with in 14 days the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Cancellations ... A full refund of the deposit will be given up to 2 weeks prior to
booking date. After that time the deposit will be forfeited.
A Bond... is required for bookings over the Christmas, NewYear and Easter Holidays.
Credit Card details ...are required and the card will debited with a $100.00 cleaning
fee if the Terms and Conditions are not fulfilled to a satisfactory standard. See Terms &
