Peak time - $200.00 a night (2 night minimum stay)
Christmas Holidays - 22nd Dec. 2007 - 28th Jan. 2008
Easter Holidays - 21st March 2008 - 24th March 2008
April Hoildays - 12th April 2008 - 27th April 2008

Off Peak - $170.00 a night (2 night minimum stay)

(Strictly up to 6 people only)

Christmas Holidays* - 22nd Dec. 2008 - 28th Jan. 2009
(* 7 night minimum on the Chrismas/New Year week)
April Holidays* - 10th April 2009 - 27th April 2009
(* 4 night minimum on the Easter Break)

Off Peak - $180.00 a night (2 night minimum stay)

A 10% discount is only offered to bookings of 1 week or more
except for Christmas and Easter

Booking and Terms and Conditions forms will be sent to you
and must be completed, signed and returned to us with a your
deposit equal to 1 nights accommodation. If this is not received
with in 14 days the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellations... A full refund of the deposit will be given up
to 2 weeks prior to booking date. After that time the deposit
will be forfeited.

A Bond... is required for bookings over the Christmas,
NewYear and Easter Holidays.

Credit Card details are required and the card will debited
with a $100.00 cleaning fee if the Terms and conditions are
not fulfilled to a satisfactory standard.
